Sandon Capital Investments Limited (ASX: SNC) (Company) wishes to advise pursuant to the dividend announced on 24 August 2021 and subsequent issue of shares under Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan(DRP) on 5 November 2021, that non-executive directors Melinda Snowden, Gabriel Radzyminski and Peter Velez were allotted shares under the DRP, but due to an administrative oversight, the Appendix 3Ys were not lodged within the required time frame.

The Company has reviewed its processes in this regard in order to prevent a reoccurrence.

This announcement has been approved by the board of SNC.
