It is engaged in property development in Fujian Anxi and Yunnan Heqing. It owns and operates approximately 190-room resort hotel overseeing the Lake Tai Hu in Suzhou. It has a factory in Nantong of Jiangsu to manufacture plasticized-PVC (U-PVC), and polypropylene random (PP-R) pipes and fittings.
