The board of directors of Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited announced that Mr. Sia Yeak Hong will cease as the Independent Non-Executive Director of the company, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee with effect from 21 May 2019.
