Samsung Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A010140) denies merger with Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A028050). Samsung Heavy Industries Co Ltd and Samsung Engineering Co Ltd said on September 17, 2015, that they have no plans to merge with each other.
