Sakai Heavy Industries, Ltd. (TSE:6358) acquired PT Isogai Technical Global Supply on September 26, 2017. Sakai Heavy Industries, Ltd. acquired 2,000 shares of PT Isogai Technical Global Supply. As a result of the transaction, name of PT Isogai Technical Global Supply was changed to PT Sakai Sales And Services Asia and its address was also changed. As a part of the transaction, Sumio Saruwatari became President and representative director of PT Isogai Technical Global Supply.
