Wu Gulin signed share transfer agreement to acquire Hunan Shenglong Real Estate Co., Ltd. from Zhuhai Sailong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:002898) for CNY 10.2 million on May 17, 2021. As reported, Wu Gulin will pay CNY 3 million within 10 working days after the agreement signing, CNY 4 million before July 31, 2021 and the remaining amount before September 30, 2021. As of April 30, 2021, Hunan Shenglong Real Estate Co. reported total assets of CNY 10.2 million and net assets of CNY 10.2 million. As of May 26, 2021, Zhuhai Sailong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. has received the first payment of CNY 3 million. The transaction has been approved at the 3rd Meeting of the Directorate of Zhuhai Sailong Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd. on May 17, 2021 and does not need the shareholders’ approval. The transfer must be completed within 10 working days after the first payment.
