S Prime Growth Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a real estate investment trust. The Trust’s objective of seeking funds from investors, primarily investing in property or property leasehold rights and generating benefits from such properties including improving, altering, developing or disposing of other assets in which the Trust invests or possesses, through leases, sub-leases, sales or other processes for benefit of the property to create revenue and returns for the Trust and the unitholders. The Trust operates in a single reportable operating segment, which is the investment in leasehold rights on properties, and the sole geographical area of its operations is Thailand. The Trust leasehold is in the Suntowers Building project, with a total area of 118,828.00 square meters. The Trust is managed by S REIT Management Company Limited, with SCB Asset Management Company Limited acting as the Trustee and Max Future Company Limited acting as the Property Manager.
