On April 23, 2018, Mardel Graffy gave Rubicon Technology, Inc. notice that she intends to resign as the company’s Chief Financial Officer effective June 1, 2018. Ms. Graffy’s resignation was not the result of any disagreements with the company on any matters relating to its operations, policies or practices. It is expected that Ms. Graffy will serve as a consultant to the company following her resignation.
