Royal Orchid Hotel (Thailand) Public Company Limited announced a private placement of 180,000,000 shares at an issue price of THB 1 per share for gross proceeds of THB 180,000,000 on October 15, 2021. The transaction has been approved in the board of directors meeting of the company. The transaction is subject to approval in the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company.
