Royal Bank of Canada said Friday that it has appointed Nadine Ahn as its chief financial officer, effective Nov. 1.

The Canadian financial services company Ms. Ahn is currently senior vice-president and head of investor relations and RBC Capital Markets Finance, and brings with her a wealth of experience at the bank.

Since joining RBC in 1999, she has held progressively senior finance roles, including in corporate treasury and in RBC Capital Markets Finance.

Ms. Ahn will replace Rod Bolger who is leaving the bank after 10 years at RBC.
