R.G.I. International Limited : R.G.I. International granted permission to construct a school in Microcity "V Lesu"

12 October 2012 R.G.I. INTERNATIONAL LIMITED RGI INTERNATIONAL GRANTED PERMISSION TO CONSTRUCT A SCHOOL IN MICROCITY "V LESU"

R.G.I. International Limited, ("RGI" or the "Company"), the AIM listed developer of quality residential and retail properties within Moscow and the surrounding areas, is pleased to announce that the Moscow Regional Authority has permitted the construction of a school with capacity for 1 100 children as part of phase I of the residential project Microcity "V Lesu" ("V Lesu"), the residential development in the Krasnogorsk Region near Mitino on the outskirts of Moscow. The Company has now started preparation for the construction work.
The land plot allocated for the new school is 3,09 Ha, the construction area is 7 775 sq. m., and the total area of the one to fourstorey building will be 17 123 sq. m, with landscaping territory of
14 027 sq. m. The international bureau "SPEECH Choban /Kuznetzov", architects of the original V Lesu project, developed the architectural design of the school.
Building the new educational institution project enhances the overriding concept for V Lesu of integrating social facilities into the community. It is designed to integrate secondary and primary education resources as part of the same learning process to provide junior residents of V Lesu with a full range of opportunities for personal development.
RGI intends to attract the best international and local practices into the school, creating an effective system of teacher training in close cooperation with the scientific community. RGI plans to build two schools and three kindergartens in V Lesu, which are all expected to have similar dimensions but different original architecture facades. The neighborhood landscaping project includes a safe and convenient environment for development, play and sports.
