RocTool S.A. (ENXTPA:ALROC) announced a private placement of 552,371 shares at €6.5 per share for gross proceeds of €3,590,411.5 on June 27, 2018. The transaction will include participation from European institutional investors. The shares carry a par value of €0.2 each. The settlement date for the transaction is expected on June 29, 2018. Existing investors’ stake in the company will be diluted from 10% to 8.6% on closing of the transaction.
