The Company's properties are located in East Texas, North Louisiana, Michigan/Illinois, and the Uinta Basin and Mid-Continent regions. Its East Texas region includes oil and natural gas properties producing primarily from the Cotton Valley, Travis Peak and Bossier Sand formations. The North Louisiana region consists of properties located in north Louisiana and primarily produces natural gas from the Cotton Valley, Travis Peak and Bossier Sand formations. Uinta Basin region consists of non-operated properties located in the Drunkards Wash field in Utah. Its Mid-Continent region consists of properties located in the Northwest STACK and Arkoma STACK, as well as other Oklahoma properties.
