Rico Auto Industries Limited announced that the committees of directors have been re-constituted in the board meeting held on February 12, 2020 due to the demise of Shri Rakesh Kapur, Director, who was the member in the Committees. The revised composition of the Committees are: Stakeholders Relationship Committee includes: Shri Amarjit Chopra as chairman and Shri Vinod Kumar Nagar, Shri Arun Kapur as member. Corporate Social Responsibility Committee includes: Shri Rajeev Kapoor as chairman and Dr. Ashok Seth, Shri Arun Kapur, Shri Vinod Kumar Nagar as member.
