RF Acquisition Corp. announced that it expects to receive $4.55 million in funding from RF Dynamic LLC, EarlyBirdCapital, Inc.

RF Acquisition Corp announced that it has entered in to security purchase agreement for the issuance of 4,550,000 warrants at a price of $1 per warrant for gross proceeds of $4,550,000 on December 21, 2021. The transaction included participation from RF Dynamic private warrants and EarlyBirdCapital, Inc. for 500,000 private warrants. The company has also granted overallotment option to underwriters for maximum of 450,000 private warrants.

The transaction will be closed simultaneously with the completion of Initial Public Offering.
