Resonate Blends, Inc. (OTCPK:KOAN) entered into an agreement to acquire Iron Summit Distribution, Inc. on September 20, 2022. In 2021, ISD achieved revenues of more than $3 million dollars between their own brand and white label manufacturing. Resonate Blends board of directors has approved a plan to move forward on the acquisition. The acquisition is still subject to the execution of definitive agreements, obtaining the required corporate approvals and other matters.

The Company, through its subsidiary, Resonate Blends LLC, offers wellness and lifestyle brands, which are built on a system of experiential targets.
