Rejlers has started a collaboration with the Aas-Jakobsen ViaNova network for the project "New branch Ostrelinje", which is part of the Ostfold Line. Aas-Jakobson has signed the agreement with the customer Bane NOR, and Rejlers has overall responsibility for the design of electric power. The goal is to ensure a solid and sustainable infrastructure that can handle the traffic needs of the future.

Between Krogstad and Ski, a 5.2 km long double track is planned that will alleviate the current bottleneck and make train traffic more efficient. The project is an important part of the work to improve the railway infrastructure in the region and will contribute to increasing the capacity, reliability and safety of train traffic. The project covers all relevant disciplines in railway construction, and Rejlers has total responsibility for railway engineering design, which includes signalling, overhead contact lines and electricity.

The goal is to build a strong and sustainable infrastructure that can meet the traffic of the future. The project will run for many years and further strengthens Rejlers' position in railways and infrastructure.
