ln compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, (LODR), 2015, read with Schedule III of the said Regulation, this is to inform you that the Company had made an application under Section 14 of the Electricity Act, 2003 read with Regulation 6 of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions for grant of trading license and other related matters) Regulations, 2020.

This is to inform that the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission has vide its Order dated March 21, 2022 in the Petition No. 3/TD/2022 has granted that the Company i.e. Refex Industries Limited be issued a "Category - I" license for inter-State trading in electricity in whole of India.
