Sale Process for the Remaining Assets of Redbank Project
In response to shareholder enquiries, Redbank Energy Limited (ASX: AEJ) (REL) wishes to provide the following market update.
As disclosed in REL's ASX released dated 27 February 2015, REL submitted an indicative offer for the acquisition of the Redbank Power Station assets to the Receivers of Redbank Project, Korda Mentha. REL confirms that the sale process for those assets is on-going and REL remains involved in that process.
