Recipharm AB Approves Dividend; Elects Helena Levander and Wenche Rolfsen as New Board Members

Recipharm AB (publ) announced that at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2016, the shareholders approved a dividend of SEK 1.50 per share and that the record date for the dividend should be 2 May 2016.

It announced that at the Annual General Meeting Helena Levander and Wenche Rolfsen were elected as new board members.
