Resignation of Director

On January 10, 2023, the Board of Directors of Reborn Coffee, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company") accepted the formal resignation of independent director Hannah Goh, effective immediately. Ms. Goh's decision to resign was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices (financial or otherwise).
