RCR Tomlinson Ltd Administrators, McGrathNicol Restructuring, provide update on sale process

Voluntary Administrators to the RCR Tomlinson Group, McGrathNicol Restructuring, today provide a further update on the sale process underway.

Sale of Metalbilt/Danks business

The Administrators are pleased to announce that Conor McElhinney and Andrew Grenfell, the Administrators of RCR Building Products (New Zealand) Limited (Administrators Appointed) have agreed a sale of the Metalbilt/Danks doors business unit to ARA Group NZ Limited.

The sale secures the future of this New Zealand business unit, ensuring continuous employment for approximately 60 staff and uninterrupted service for customers.

Ongoing sale process

As previously announced, with the assistance of Record Point, the Administrators are continuing to work with a number of parties interested in purchasing the remaining RCR businesses.

The Administrators remain confident of achieving further sales in the near term.
