Art. 56.1.2 of the Public Offering Act - current and periodic information
The Management Board of Rank Progress S.A. having its registered seat in Legnica (the 'Issuer') reports that the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders dismissed Mr. Mariusz Sawoniewski and Mr. Tomasz Janicki from the Supervisory Board on 26 June 2015 by the Resolutions Nos. 20/06/2015 and 21/06/2015. Decrease in the composition of the Supervisory Board aims at ensuring effective functioning of the Company.

Art. 5.1.21 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalent the information required under the provisions of law of a non-member state.
