The Board of Directors of Raimon Land Public Company Limited in its meeting No. 5/2018, held on 14 May 2018, has approved the appointment of Mr. Rathian Srimongkol as Independent Director to fulfill the position vacated earlier (to substitute Mr. Roland Pang Tze Vui), effective from 15 May 2018.
