Radius Residential Care Limited advised that, having regard to the definition of "Independent Director" in the NZX Listing Rules, and factors that may impact director independence in the NZX Corporate Governance Code, the Board has determined that Tom Wilson is an Independent Director.

Radius Residential Care Limited is a New Zealand-based provider of specialized aged care services. The Company offers a full range of accommodation and care options, from rest home and hospital level care right through to dementia, respite, and palliative. It offers residential care, hospital care, dementia care, respite care and palliative care. It operates approximately 24 aged care facilities, of which it owns 13 and leases 11. The Companyâs four owned facilities also include retirement villages and Radius Careâs online shop sells specialist assisted-living products. The Companyâs palliative care includes everything from pain and symptom management through to emotional, cultural and spiritual support, as well as communication and involvement with family members. Its subsidiaries include Radius Arran Court Limited, Windsor Lifestyle Estate Limited, Elloughton Grange Village Limited, Radius Care Holdings Limited, Clare House Retirement Village Limited, and Clare House Care Limited.
