On July, 23, 2021, the Company acted on behalf of a major subsidiary
Rih-Ding Water Enterprise Co., Ltd. to contract the third phase of
the construction project to the Company's another subsidiary Ding
Sheng Green Energy.
4.Reason for change and its main content:
1.In order to execute the third phase of the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)
Project for Taoyuan City Taoyuan District Sewerage System, Rih-Ding Water
Enterprise Co., Ltd. (Rih-Ding Water) contracted and entered into an
agreement with Ding Sheng Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in July 2021.
2.The first Construction cost adjustment of project change totaled 12,621,000
(included tax)
5.Effect on the Company's finance and business after the change:
The construction costs adjustments will provide Ding Sheng Green Energy with
revenue and cash flow. Upon completion of the construction period, including
the sewerage system and treatment facilities, Rih-Ding Water shall be able to
collect the applicable construction and sewage treatment revenue providing it
with a stable revenue stream so it can achieve its initial investment and
financial objectives.
