Qumak : Current report no 1/2016 of 15 January 2016 – Publication dates of periodic reports in 2016

Management Board of Qumak S.A. presents dates of publication of periodic reports in 2016, which are as follows:

1. Extended consolidated quarterly reports:

- Quarterly report for the IV quarter of 2015 - on 25 February 2016;

- Quarterly report for the I quarter of 2016 - on 12 May 2016;

- Quarterly report for the III quarter of 2016 - on 9 November 2016;

2. Extended consolidated semi-annual report for the I half of 2016 - on 25 August 2016;

3. Annual report - separate for 2015 - on 28 April 2016;

Annual report - consolidated for 2015 - on 28 April 2016 r.

Management Board of Qumak S.A. informs that under § 83 item 1 and 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by the issuers of securities and conditions to recognize as equivalent information required by the regulations of law of a non-member country, the consolidated quarterly reports and a consolidated semi-annual report will appropriately include quarterly financial information providing information set under § 87 item 1-3, item 4 first paragraph and item 8 and 9 of the Regulation, and the abbreviated semi-annual financial statements together with a report of an entity authorized to audit financial statements on an audit of these statements.

Moreover, under § 101 item 2 of the Regulation, the Company does not publish a quarterly report for the II quarter of 2016.
