24/7 Kid Doc, Inc. has entered into an exclusive 3-year agreement with 24/7 Pediatric Care Centers to supply on-call Pediatricians and Nurse Practitioners, as needed, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to meet expected demand as the company launches and then expands TeleMedicine into school districts throughout America. The company will provide a complete school-based health care program to participating school districts with their proprietary Connect-a-Doc Mobile Pediatric Diagnostic Units. The Connect-a-Doc Units and training will be provided to schools at no cost.

As student care will be billed through the student's health insurance provider, participating schools will now be able to provide high quality health care to its students free from any economic burden whatsoever. Kid Doc's Connect-a-Doc Unit consists of a laptop style computing unit, with comprehensive porting enabling it to run multiple diagnostic components simultaneously. It will be equipped with software that securely stores and transmits data obtained from the diagnostic components to the Company's Physician Hub in real time while the Pediatrician is connected via video conferencing with the patient and the Connect-a-Doc operator.
