RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of Putian Communication Group Limited (the

• Company") announces that Ms. Jiang Xuefeng ("Ms. Jiang") has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2020 pursuant to her letter of appointment entered with the Company (details of which are set out in the circular of the Company dated 28 April 2020). Ms. Jiang has confirmed to the Company that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Ms. Jiang for her contribution to the Company during her terms of services.
