Subject: Notification ofBook Closing Date for Interest Payment

Reference is made to Debentures issued by PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited for 2 tranches in which details are as follows;

l. "Debentures of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited No.2/2008 Tranche l Due

2013 (PTTGC13DA)", amounting 8,000 million Baht. Coupon rate is 5.30% per annum for year 1-3 and 6.00% per annum for year 4-5;

2. "Debentures ofPTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited No.2/2008 Tranche 2 Due

2015 (PTTGC15DA)", amounting 4,000 million Baht. Coupon rate is 5.30% per annum for year 1-3, 6.00% per annum for year 4-5 and 6.45% per annum for year 6-7.

Interests of the Debentures mentioned above will be paid on a quarterly basis. Interest shall be payable on 4 March, 4 June, 4 September and 4 December of each year throughout the term of the Debentures.

PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited would like to inform that the seventeenth coupon payment is due on March 4, 2013. Calculation period is 90 days starting from December 4, 2012 to March 3, 2013. The book closing date ofthe Debentures is on February

18,2013 at noon.
