Subject: Disclosure of information with respect to the exercise of the right of early redemption of debt instruments by the holders of debt instruments (Put Options) of the Unsecured Debentures with the Debenture Holders' Early Redemption Right of PTT Public Company Limited No.2/2009 Tranche 3 Due 2024 (PTTC247A)

To: President, the Stock Exchange of Thailand

PTT Public Company Limited ("PTT") would like to provide information concerning the exercise of the right of early redemption of debt instruments by the holders of debt instruments (Put Options) with respect to the Unsecured Debentures with the Debenture Holders' Early Redemption Right of PTT Public Company Limited No.2/2009 Tranche 3 Due 2024 (PTTC247A) for the amount of Baht 9,400,000,000 and the closure date of the register book and suspension of the transfer of the debentures to determine the right to receive the interest of the Debentures on 17 January 2019 at 12:00 hrs. According to the Terms and Conditions of the Debentures (PTTC247A), PTT will provide the information to the debenture holders whose names appear in the register book as at the closure date in accordance with Clause 11 of the Regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Rules, Conditions and Procedures Governing the Disclosure of Information and Other Acts of an Issuer of Debt Instruments B.E. 2560 (2017) as follows:

• 1. The period for the exercise of the right of early redemption of debt instruments (Put Options): The debenture holders may exercise the right of early redemption by 28 February 2019 (Put Options) working hours; except Weekends and Bank holidays.

• 2. The redemption price: Baht 1,000 per unit

• 3. The redemption date: 31 July 2019

• 4. Other important information (as provided in the Terms and Conditions of the Debentures)

  • - Each debenture holder shall be entitled to exercise the redemption right only once on the ten anniversary of the issued date which is 31 July 2019.

  • - The intent to exercise the right to early redemption shall be irrevocable.
