PT Menthobi Karyatama Raya Tbk is an Indonesia-based plantation company. The Company has a business in the palm oil industry and has plantation areas and palm oil mills in Central Kalimantan. The Company’s segments include palm kernel and palm oil. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in the management services, cultivation of palm oil plantations, crude palm oil processing mills and its derivative products, selling of the related end products and waste management. In addition to the development of their plantations, the Company and certain subsidiaries have been developing and managing plasma plantations cooperations with plasma farmers. Through its subsidiaries, the Company manages oil palm plantations of about 6,000 hectares and a palm oil mill capacity of 30 tons per hour. Its subsidiaries include PT Menthobi Hijau Lestari (MHL), PT Menthobi Agro Raya (MAR), PT Menthobi Transtitian Raya (MTR) and others. MAR is engaged in oil palm seed breeding.
