PT Danayasa Arthatama Tbk (JKSE:SCBD) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 10% of its share capital or IDR 797,302.080 million worth of shares. The repurchases would be done through trading in the IDX.

The company will fund the repurchases from its retained earnings. The program will run till March 13, 2014.
