Prospect Resources Limited - Release of Shares from Voluntary Escrow

Prospect Resources Limited (ASX: PSC, FRA: 5E8) (Prospect or the Company) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, 2,374,420 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 22 January 2022.

These shares represent 25% of the fully paid ordinary shares held by Farvic Consolidated Mines (Pvt) Ltd (Farvic) originally issued on 22 July 2021 as part consideration of the acquisition of Farvic's 17% holding in the Arcadia Lithium Project.

25% of the shares held by Farvic are being released from voluntary escrow every 6 months. The release of these shares does not change the issued capital of the Company.
