PROPEL FUNERAL PARTNERS LIMITED Propel Funeral Partners Limited (ASX:PFP) agreed to acquire Decra and Osbornes Funeral Directors and Gladstone Valley Funerals and Brunswick Valley Funerals on May 6, 2024. The total consideration payable on completion of the acquisitions is AUD 12 million in the combination of cash and equity share. In addition, up to AUD 1.5 million in cash will be payable if certain financial milestones are achieved during the three years following completion of the relevant acquisitions.
The deal is subject to satisfaction (or waiver) of customary conditions (e.g. due diligence, third party lessor consent, consent to assignment of key contracts, etc.). The deal is expected to completed during Q4 FY24 and Q1 FY25.
