Proaim Enterprises Limited, at its board meeting held on November 4, 2019 announced that Ms. Jeel Shah, Company Secretary of the company has resigned from the company with effect from November 4, 2019 and new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer shall be appointed shortly and the same shall be intimated to the Stock Exchanges.
