Contents of the report:

In addition to the current report RB66/2016 dated 22 August 2016 concerning the extension till 31 August 2016 of the term of the multi-product agreement dated 28 June 2011, concluded with ING Bank Śląski SA, of which the Issuer informed about in the current report RB86/2011 (the Agreement), the Management Board of KOPEX SA (the Issuer) informs that on 30 August 2016 the content of another annex (the Annex) has been agreed, by all the parties of the Agreement, ie. ING Bank Śląski, the Issuer and its subsidiaries: KOPEX- Przedsiębiorstwo Budowy Szybów SA, KOPEX MACHINERY SA, Fabryka Maszyn i Urządzeń TAGOR SA, Zabrzańskie Zakłady Mechaniczne - Maszyny Górnicze sp. z o.o. and Śląskie Towarzystwo Wiertnicze DALBIS sp. z o.o.

The Annex in question covers extension of the term of the agreement, while the due date of the credit limit granted, in the light of the annex agreed, shall expire on 6 September 2016.

The prolongated credit line granted to the Kopex Group companies has not been changed in relation to the annex dated 22 August 2016 and amounts to PLN 66.2 mill.
