Contents of the report:

The Management Board of KOPEX SA (the Issuer, the Company) informs the public that the Supervisory Board of the company on it's meeting held today has adopted a resolution on recalling Mr. Piotr Broncel from the composition of the Management Board of the company and from the position of member of the management board. The recall comes into force upon the adoption of the resolution.

In addition, the Supervisory Board pursuant to a resolution adopted today has seconded Mr. Bartosz Bielak, member of the supervisory board, to exercise of function of member of the management board of the Company in the period of up to three months, as of 14 September 2016.

Mr. Bartosz Bielak is a member of the supervisory board of the Issuer from 20 May 2016. At the same time, the Issuer informs that the information concerning Mr. Bartosz Bielak, required under the Regulation of 19.02.2009 on current and periodic information [A] and the rules of corporate governance has been published by the Issuer in the current report RB39/2016 dated 24 May 2016.
