to increased demand mainly in the Automotive and Customer businesses, reflecting
social conditions for recovery of economic activities.

Despite upfront investment in a new BPO site, profit increased due to an expansion of
existing businesses and an increase in newly assigned businesses.
◼ Ordinary profit
Increased due to improved earnings at equity-method affiliates.
