Potomac Bancshares, Inc. named Alice P. Frazier as President and CEO of Potomac Bancshares, Inc. and Bank Of Charles Town, effective July 5, 2017. Ms. Frazier brings 26 years of banking experience to PTBS, having most recently served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Cardinal Financial Corporation (CFNL) in McLean, Virginia. Prior to joining CFNL in 2009, she was SVP/Area Executive in Loudoun County, Virginia for BB&T. Ms. Frazier currently serves as Chair of the Virginia Association of Community Banks and has held various leadership roles within the Independent Community Bankers Association.
