Potomac Bancshares, Inc. announced the appointment of William (Bill) A. White to its Board of Directors, effective October 20, 2020. Mr. White has been serving on BCT's Advisory Board for the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia since 2019. Mr. White recently retired as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for First Bauxite Corporation, where he currently serves as a consultant. He served at First Bauxite from 2015 until 2019.
