Entry of the increase of share capital and the number of shares in the court register

Pursuant to the Rules and Regulations of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d, and the applicable legislation, the company Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d. hereby announces the following:

Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d. (»Mercator«) has already informed the public that a resolution on the increase of share capital with an in-kind contribution was adopted at the 29th extraordinary Shareholders Assembly of Mercator on 1 September 2021.

Pursuant to the aforementioned resolution of the general meeting, the District Court in Ljubljana issued a resolution on 28 September 2021 according to which increases in share capital from EUR 218,175,051.39 to EUR 224,144,994.19 and in the number of shares from 6,090,943 to 6,257,610 shares of Mercator were entered in the court register. Mercator will arrange for the issue of the new shares at KDD and a change in the number of shares on the stock exchange at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange.

As of 29 September 2021, this announcement will also be published on the company's website at www.mercatorgroup.si where it shall remain for a period of at least 5 years.
