On November 18, 2022, Population Health Investment Co., Inc. (the "Company")
issued a press release announcing it will redeem all of its outstanding shares
of Class A ordinary shares that were included in the units issued in the
Company's initial public offering, effective as of November 30, 2022, because
the Company will not consummate an initial business combination within the time
period required by its Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of
Association. A copy of the press release of the Company is attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
