The board of directors (the "Board") of Poly Property Group Co., Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce certain unaudited sales data of the Company together with its joint ventures and associated companies (the "Group") for December 2022.
In December 2022, the Group achieved contracted sales value of approximately RMB5.2 billion. The contracted area sold was approximately 237 thousand sq. m., with contracted average selling price of approximately RMB21,847 per sq. m..
As at the end of December 2022, the Group achieved contracted sales value of approximately RMB50.2 billion, representing a year-on-year decrease of 11%. The contracted area sold was approximately 2,399 thousand sq. m., with contracted average selling price of approximately RMB20,931 per sq. m..
