In accordance with art. 2.6.2., paragraph 1, letter b), of Rules of the Markets Organised and Managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (Markets Regulation), Poligrafica S. Faustino announces the following financial calendar for 2018:

Friday, April 13	Shareholders' meeting for approval 2017 Financial Statements of Poligrafica S. Faustino S.p.A.
Friday, May 11	Approval of Quarterly Report as at March 31, 2018
Friday, August 31	Approval of Half Yearly Report as at June 30, 2018
Friday, November 9	Approval of Quarterly Report as at September 30, 2018

Any amendments to the above calendar will be notified to the market.

Following the transposition of Directive 2013/50/EC (implementing amendments to Directive 2004/109/EC - the "Transparency Directive") that removed the obligation upon listed issuers in Italy to publish their interim reports and granted Consob the option to require such issuers to publish additional periodic financial disclosure, added the new Article 82-ter to the Issuer's Regulation 11917/99 (Issuer's Regulation), in force from January 2, 2017, which permits issuers to continue to communicate to the market, entirely on a voluntary basis, additional periodic financial disclosure to the annual and half-year reports, in compliance with the principles and application criteria set out by the provision in question.

With particular regard to issuers trading on the STAR segment of the MTA market managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., is request specific and further requirements in terms of disclosure, liquidity and corporate governance. In particular, Article 2.2.3., paragraph 3 of the Markets Regulation requires those issuers to make available to the market their interim reports within forty-five days from the conclusion of the first, third and fourth quarters of the year, while the above-stated issuers are exempted from publication of the fourth quarter report where they make available to the market their annual financial report, together with the other documents required by Article 154-ter, first paragraph of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 (TUF), within ninety days from year-end.

With notice No. 7587 of April 21, 2016, Borsa Italiana S.p.A. clarified that Article 2.2.3., paragraph 3, will continue to be applied to STAR issuers.

Therefore Poligrafica S. Faustino will continue to make available to the market their interim reports, making particular reference to the provisions of Article 154-ter, paragraph 5 of the TUF in force prior to transposition of Directive 2013/50/EC and will comply with the principles and application criteria indicated by the new Article 82-ter of the Issuer's Regulation.

Up to a possible otherwise determined the interim reports will provide the same information content as those released for the previous financial periods, and will be available at the Company's head office, on the authorized storage eMarket STORAGE websitewww.emarketstorage.com and on the Company's website www.psf.it / Investor Relations.
