Star Asia Investment Corporation (TSE:3468) and Polaris Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3010) agreed to acquire minacia co., ltd. from Unison Capital IV and LPS, Unison Capital Partners IV(F), L.P. managed by Unison Capital, Inc. and others on April 26, 2024. Under the terms, Star Asia is acquiring 1,109,895,306 shares to acquire minacia. The transaction is expected to close on May 31, 2024.
