PLT puregreen was born, the first italian company that only produces and sells green energy

PLT puregreen, the first Italian company that sells energy produced from 100% renewable sources, completely made in Italy, was born. It is a consumer company that aims to spread a new green energy culture in which the final customer is no longer just a consumer but it is a producer himself of the energy used.

PLT puregreen, subsidiary of PLT energia group, is going to spread throughout the country the energy produced by the parent company which currently has 10 photovoltaic plants, 29 wind farms, including 9 large wind farms, and 2 biogas plants; for 2017 the estimated production is approximately 300 GWh per year of clean energy which can meet the needs of more than 136,000 families.
The services offered by the newborn PLT puregreen will be electricity supply (throughout the country and, in a first phase, focused on Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Emilia Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo and Puglia) and gas (initially in major Italian cities). They will be available online on www.pltpuregreen.it, as well as in the upcoming PLT Green Store.

Transparency of the offer and a customer care service, active on online channels and on phone number, are two of the main features of PLT puregreen brand, as confirmed by the director Enrico Corona: 'Due to the market liberalisation, scheduled for mid-2018, the customer will have to choose a new commercial offer. Our proposal - that comes also in consideration of the fact that people today are becoming increasingly aware of environmental issues and at the same time wish to be informed about the different possibilities of the energy market - is guided by three basic principles: focus on the environment, competitive offers for our green energy and maximum transparency'.
