Plexus Holdings plc announces an Equity Buyback for 4,950,495 shares, for £2.5 million.

Plexus Holdings plc (AIM:POS) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 4,950,495 shares, for £2.5 million worth of its common shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price of 50.5 pence per share. The shares will be repurchased from LLC Gusar Ltd. The repurchase program is subject to shareholder approval, which will be obtained at the General Meeting to be conducted on February 1, 2019.
