Record 403% increase in quarterly revenue to $13.76m.

• ‣ Generated a record $14.77m cash from customers during the quarter, a strong increase of 642% on pcp and 167% QoQ.

• ‣ Strong cash position of $40.13m as of 31 March 2022.

• ‣ Unaudited commercial revenue for the nine months through March 2022 grew rapidly to $23.16m, compared to $7.76m for the nine months through March 2021, an increase of 199%.

• ‣ Age of Darkness had its second Major Update since release with the launch of "The Veils Claw" which saw a new Hero "Vizargo" enter the game.

• ‣ Material work-for-hire co-development signed with

  Activision Blizzard, one of the world's largest and most successful interactive entertainment companies (NASDAQ: ATVI, US$60.2b market cap).

• ‣ Successfully launched BEANS, our first Web 3.0 project which generated revenue of $8.4m for the quarter. Development on BEANS MMO, BEANS Pets and 3D Wallet viewer also began in January.

  Hollywood movie studios around new Licenses for Mobile, Console & PC.
