Plastron Precision Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2018. For the full year, the company announced total revenue was TWD 1,181.376 million compared to TWD 1,299.746 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 153.253 million compared to TWD 262.421 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 107.192 million compared to TWD 184.562 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.84 compared to TWD 1.45 a year ago.
PLASTRON PRECISION CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the production and distribution of connectors. The Companyâs primary products include board-to-board connectors, memory card connectors and input and output transmission connectors. The Company's board-to-board connectors are mainly used in computers, digital cameras, projectors, tabulating machines, drawing machines, mobile phones, and network and communication equipment, among others. Its memory card connectors are used as key components of memory card reading devices. The Company mainly distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe and the Americas.
